This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your SILVER LOUGH orders and the options available at checkout.
1) Processing times
- Order handling: 1–2 business days.
- Cut-off: Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next business day.
- We’ll email tracking details once your order ships.
2) Delivery methods & estimates
- UK Standard: 2–4 business days.
- UK Express: 1–2 business days.
- EU Tracked: typically 3–7 business days (customs may add delays).
Delivery windows are estimates; remote areas and peak seasons may take longer.
3) Shipping fees
- Free expedited shipping on orders over £500 (basket total after discounts, before taxes/fees).
- Orders under £500: shipping costs are shown at checkout based on service, weight, and destination.
- Any displayed EUR amounts are for convenience; GBP prevails.
4) Delivery address & restrictions
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
- We cannot ship to unsupported PO boxes or restricted addresses where couriers do not deliver.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once the correct address and any additional postage are confirmed.
5) Customs, duties & taxes (EU/International)
For deliveries outside the UK, local VAT/duties may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Couriers may require payment before delivery.
6) Failed delivery & lost parcels
- If you miss delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection.
- If your parcel is delayed or marked “delivered” but not received, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
7) Damage on arrival
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll organise a replacement or resolve it under our warranty.
