  1. Email SILVERLOUGHVENTURESLIMITED@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a return authorisation (RMA) and instructions. Returns without RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (including all accessories).

For faulty/DOA items, include clear photos or a short description of the fault to accelerate processing.

7) Warranty claims

All antennas and televisions include a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. For a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video. We’ll troubleshoot and, if needed, repair or replace according to the warranty terms.
