We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at SILVER LOUGH.
1) Return window
- 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with all accessories and original packaging (including serials and manuals).
2) Non-returnable items
- Gift cards or downloadable software (if any).
- Items returned without required accessories or with significant physical damage not due to transit.
- Any item returned outside the returns window.
3) How to start a return
- Email SILVERLOUGHVENTURESLIMITED@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a return authorisation (RMA) and instructions. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging (including all accessories).
For faulty/DOA items, include clear photos or a short description of the fault to accelerate processing.
4) Return shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
- For change of mind, you’re responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5) Inspection & refunds
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time).
- If items show signs of use or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund or return the item to you.
6) Exchanges
Want a different model? The fastest way is to return the item (per the steps above) and place a new order once the refund is approved.
7) Warranty claims
All antennas and televisions include a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. For a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video. We’ll troubleshoot and, if needed, repair or replace according to the warranty terms.
8) Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank/statement again, then contact your card issuer — it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, email us and we’ll investigate.
